Thawing Instructions for Frozen Doughballs

Remove desired number of doughballs from frozen storage.
Place into lightly oiled pans. Cover disks with a lid or plastic sheeting to prevent them from drying out.
Place into cooler for overnight thaw (8 hours minimum).
As an alternative, use the same day after 2 – 4 hours thaw time at room temperature.
Remove dough ball from cooler, dust lightly with flour and allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
